I work in a five star resort in Sunny Isles, Florida, I guess our standards and training are always higher than non-five star hotels, I stay at this Comfort suites Because it’s convenience for me between the city and the airport. Some of the staff are attentive and some are friendly, they try, at least. But the property itself is dated, air conditioner filters are dirty, cracks visible on corners, The carpets are old and are none hyper allergenic, I was always stuffy and sneezing, Blankets are staticky give me electric shocks each and every time because there’s no dehumidification inside the rooms. The housekeepers do a great job in organizing it and putting clean sheets and clean everything but sometimes something dirty slips between washes. The TVs are small and old overall like I said, this place is in need of a make ever!! asap PS I heard the Mary was taking over so nothing’s gonna happen until next year, but at least a little small detail should be taken care of until then!! Bad shuttle service
Shuttle service was a disaster. 35 minutes waiting in the airport for pick up with children's under 20C temperatures after midnight. Called 3 times to front desk, and shuttle service even indicated the service was complete. Have to end paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel.

It’s close to airport. Has free shuttle 24 hours nice complimentry breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was a $18 charge I didn’t know about after making my reservation. They said it was. Parking fee for my car. I never heard of a hotel charging for parking your car at the hotel.

The Comfort Suites was great. The rooms were clean and our suite was the perfect size. The elevator was very fast, going from 1st floor to 6th floor in a blink of an eye. The front desk attendants were polite and friendly. The ice cold water and coffee made available to the people staying at the hotel was a really nice to have. The Uno's Pizza in the lobby was the perfect answer to getting a good meal without leaving the building. Glad we made this Comfort Suites our place to stay.

Check in, someone by the front door not 10 feet away smoking skunk weed. Tell the staff. Their reply…. Nothing they can do about it. Clean towels once during our stay. Had to pay for parking. Breakfast and breakfast staff nice. Person at checkout? Sorry you had to do your job. Do not recommend.
