We booked a block of rooms for our son's wedding last week. From the first communication with booking rooms to checking our selves and our guests in, the staff went above and beyond.

I did not care for the pillows or the comfort level of the bed. I literally slept on about 6 pillows after having my room given away due to other complaints from other guests. I had two queen sized beds, but the bed was hard and it honestly felt like if I sat too hard on the bed it would break. The staff was absolutely amazing and did the very best they could to accommodate me! Brenda especially! She's great!
