Absolutely would book again!
The listing did not disappoint for our group of frienda reunighring for a 2 night event. It's just as described & more! Great location, the patio is such a bonus, Dan the host was amazing at communicating before & after, and that patio 😍 Thak you- we hope to he back soon! soon!

Weekend trip in Chicago
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location for all areas of Chicago with public transportation a short walk away! Would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group. Check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again. The private rooftop was the highlight of the space.

Great Family Location
This property was great. It’s close enough to the bus and train that you can get anywhere in less than 20 minutes usually but far enough out that you feel like you get a break from everything. The property is clean and everything works well. If you plan on cooking you may want to bring some of your own kitchen gear. We found ourselves without hot pads for a dinner we baked and a spatula for pancakes. We very much enjoyed our time and would recommend this place (and host) to anyone.

My family loved this location. Easy commute to museums, beaches, restaurants, and more - including a great 24 hr diner up the block. The penthouse is full of natural light, two outdoor spaces, and a great kitchen space. We hope to book again for our trip next Spring.

Great little spot!
This was a great place for me and my girlfriends to stay at for a weekend getaway in Chicago! We LOVED the outdoor space for the penthouse and the view was spectacular. The house was nice and clean, the tv was easy to use with the instructions provided. The only thing that was missing was a spatula, but we figured out a workaround when making breakfast one morning. Other than that the only other thing I would mention is there are a lot of stairs, so just something to know when you are booking in case you have trouble going up and down them. I would definitely recommend this property!

Love Chicago!
Great location! Close to transit options making it easy to get around. Plenty of room and the rooftop access was nice. Didn't spend a lot of time in since there is so much to see in Chicago! The only downfall was climbing the stairs after a whole day of walking, but still worth it.

really good for the money
Our family just stayed here for a small vacation (5 days). There's 3 units on this property and we stayed in the penthouse which was all the way on top. If you can't do stairs then this place is not for you. There is plenty of space for 7 people. The top loft area is really neat. Everything we needed was provided and accessible to us. Now there are a few cons. There's isn't much around you as far as food goes. There's a small diner that is decent but that's about it unless you walk 15 minutes. I really that doesn't seem like a lot but we have 5 kids so for us it can be a lot. The biggest con is the parking. There's 3 spots smashed together. There were 2 other people also staying on the property and all three of us had small size SUVs and we could not all fit. The only solution was the last person had to park sideways and if any of the other 2 people wanted to leave they would have to call you to move your car. Luckily there's a lot next door and it was very cheap on spothero so we used that. Other than the parking everything was great.

Great place!
We were a party of 9, including kids. Plenty of space and amenities. The linens and towels smelled very clean. That's important to me. The stairs were a challenge, but i needed the exercise. Chicago has awesome food! We were in town for a funeral but made time to enjoy Chicago too. The location was excellent! Very pleased with apartment. Thank you!

Amazing getaway!
First let me say that I had an amazing stay in the city! The property was in walking distance to all of what downtown Chicago has to offer. Checking in and out was a breeze! The accommodations accompanied with the view of the city made an amazing stay that much more enjoyable! The host, Dan was awesome and responded quickly to any questions I had! What awesome customer service! I can’t wait to book again! Thanks again for everything!
