This hotel was a unique one for sure. It was rated 4 stars which is why my family and I stayed and I honestly was disappointed. My room did not have a bar of soap in the bathroom, I was not given an additional wash cloth, when I asked for adittional pillows and blankets I was given a smelly blanket. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel in a very long time. I wouldn't reccomend staying here.

I was happy to see how clean and well kept it was. The room was nice and clean. The lady who signed us in was resourceful. She made sure we had a good stay, I will be back.

The carpet in our room was wet next to the bed. Was told there were no other rooms available.

No access to the pool due to being closed for renovation. It was the only reason I booked the stay. It would have been helpful if this was reported prior to booking so that I could have looked somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly front desk. Always out of "cookies". Pretty Empty front "store" falling apart room.
They left towels on dirty floor in halloutside of our room! Should have been in a bag like every other hotel we've stayed at. Sanitizerc stations empty. Buffet closed and didn't announce. We had an expensive 15 minute breakfast. Never going back nor would we suggest it.
