Great hotel. Big room. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Paying for parking was a ripoff.

Embassy Suites has convinced us that all our future hotel stays will be with this chain when they are available. We were not pleased however, that parking required a payment, which we did not find out until we got there.

Clean, safe, and friendly. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. Better than being downtown.

it was nice but the room wasn't cleaned enough

Only one issue with the room - the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and maintenance was unable to fix it. Only one issue with the outside grounds - the rear trash receptacle was full and never emptied all weekend.
We loved the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness, and the excellent complimentary breakfast.
