i like how spacious our room. I just didn't like that there is a sock that was left in the bedroom. the sofa and ottoman is old and there is a smell coming out everytime you sit on it.

I can say that the sleeping place, which has a sofa in the room, is extremely uncomfortable. Impossibly bad mattress.

Rooms were spacious and clean. There were plenty of EV charger stalls available even though people were ICEing them. The next time we're staying in the area, we will be staying here again.

It was ok, not great.

I got to my room and could tell a dog was there because I have allergies, I asked if they allow dogs and they said yes and then told me if i was allergic then that is not the best hotel for me. I was offened and angry and asked for a refund and found another hotel. The hotel was also not up to date to be new with TV options. The tv had no guide for chanels or viewing, the remotes did not work on both TV's the furniture was not in the best condition. I was just overall disappointed.

Disappointed
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsI expected this hotel to be the cream of the crop due to its reputation and spendy rates, it was not. The staff was very nice, really the only disappointment was with the room itself. The furniture was in disrepair, was the best way to put it. The desk/table had the screws coming out of the wall on one end, and the legs wobbly and worrisome on the other end. There was a vent cover half detached and partially pulled away from the drywall. Just not what I expected from Embassy Suites.
