Awful Stay...the fire alarm woke us up twice, at 1:15am an 2:35am. We had to pack up and drive home at 3am because they couldn't shut the alam off.

Kitchen closes whitout notice, no management avlbl
From time we checked in was an issue. Room we where given there was alot of noise caused by elevators in hallway. We were moved to another room. We were given vouchers for breakfast and told specific time on Saturday we could eat 6am-10am and time is also stamped on it. Only to go @9am to find out they had decided to close early and no explanation was given. No mangement was available to hear us or resolve this issue. We will not stay again at Embassy Suites in Naperville IL
even with time stamped, useless if they close without notice

Nice hotel and facilities. Room was nice, but there was some mold around the lower edges of the shower. The bed mattress seemed a bit older and worn. I did enjoy the lobby and restaurant area. Fitness center was good.

The staff were friendly and polite, the room was very clean. The hotel is pet friendly which is nice. We were able to bring our cat with us. Overall it was a an stay and will definitely be staying there again

Just passing through town and needed a nights stay - bed was comfy and that famous Embassy Omelette the next morning hit the spot (the breakfast spread alone is worth the stay). Very, very satisfied!
