Séjour passable

La chambre est spatieuse avec une mini kitchenette. Le ménage laisse à désirer (chaussettes sous le lit, croquettes pour animaux par terre...) et une forte odeur d'urine d'animal rend le séjour désagréable. Que dire du petit déjeuner... Il n'y en a pas, il est servi sur une mini déserte à l'accueil. Il y a juste du café et du thé mais il ne fait rien attendre d'autre.

Dirty with drug and addiction abuse homeless tenants. Felt scared and would not stay here. The staff don’t care about their customers. It smelled like curry and Indian food throughout the property.

Not sure if they were short staffed during our stay, but had to ask for items for the room, such as clean towels and dishes several times. I asked for these items early that morning, and did not receive them until later in the evening after the shift change, the person that checked us in did not ask for a current information nor did she give us a car sticker so that we could be parked on the property. Did not receive this until the night came in.

Tv wasnt working when i arrived and I told the front desk. After a couple hours i went to the front desk and was told maintenance said they went to my room which they didnt. It was a coincidence that i told the front desk at 4:45 and maintenance left at 5:00. So maintenance didn't come to my room but told the front desk they did. The front desk was nice and surprised I told them maintenance never came despite maintenance saying they did. So long story short i was without tv for my stay. Didn't appreciate maintenance saying they came to my room when they didn't and never showed up anytime during my stay. I don't like liars and wont be staying there again.
