Très bon hôtel, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner varié. Très proche de la station de métro Forest Park (à moins de 10min en voiture, parking $5 la journée) pour ensuite pouvoir visiter Chicago en transports en commun.

A small, clean, serviceable room for business trip. Gym was a little sparse and the flooring was coming up. But otherwise just fine for my needs.

I think the staff was excellent let me start with that! Everyone I interacted with were all friendly and did a great job! I do think that the hotel cost for what it was, was a little over priced. My pillows smelled like food, so I feel like the beddings are kept too close to the restaurant. The shade in my room wouldnt work so my window was wide open and everyone who pulled up could see into my room very easily. The food you could buy was VERY overpriced. $13 for a tea and a TINY thing of ice cream and $9 for a bottle of soda and a reeses. I ate from the restaurant inside however and that was good quality. So overall staff were great, but feel the hotel itself is charging too much for what it is.

Beware of rocky mattress

Staff was friendly. I was disappointed that they had no laundry facilities on site. The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t complain until a few days in our visit. When we did they gave us another room. The beds there were 10 times more comfortable.

very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay there again if in the area. multiple front desk staff were very friendly and informative. ONLY negative was the room key card was touchy. they warned us so not a big deal but at least two other guests had issues. one was very frustrated.
