An employee at the hotel set me to take a Car service by his friend who threw my luggage on the curb. When I looked at my account all my money was taken off my Cash App. I reported the incident to the hotel. The employee at the front was not interested and said she had a guest to tend to and hung up in my face!

Overall, no complaints about my stay. The property was clean and my room was clean. Obviously, being so close to the airport there is a little bit of extra ambient noise however that’s to be expected. They do look like they’re in the process of some upgrades, which are probably necessary. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good overnight stay
Overall, it was a good stay. It is convenient for an early flight out of Midway, and the shuttle is always on time. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and barely made eye contact with us. However, the morning staff was exceptional!

Great location with multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle runs to/from the Midway Airport every 20 minutes, so you never have to wait long. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago.
