I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to all the hard working staff and especially Madame Miranda who took good care of my requests and made my stay very comfortable

Tres bonne expérience pour être proche de l’aéroport O’HARE et des Fashion outlets. Pratique car grand parking extérieur ou navette aéroport. Décoration contemporaine. Chambre spatieuse. Hôtel très propre. Petit déjeuner gratuit complet.

It was a great one night stay. We were passing through. My only complaint was that the add stated a hot tub. We travelled all day. We really wanted the hot tub. When we checked in, we were told it was empty. It was very disappointing.
