We spent only one night…our room was at the ground floor. The room itself is clean and spacious but a little noisy in the morning because of the staff start cleaning rooms early and we were very close to the lobby. Other than that, everything was fine.

Building and amenities seem new and in good condition. However, internet was not working. On reporting, was told they have not heard of an outage and they are noticing it only then after I pointed out. Did not get the service restored for the whole night. Even the phone in the room did not work.

Staff were very nice, breakfast was decent, pool and hot tub were in good condition, hotel airport shuttle very convenient. The room was not terribly clean (bathroom) when we first came in - smelled like no one had used cleaning products in there for awhile.
