Very poor front desk support late at night except for air crews. Many flights were delayed the night I arrived in Chicago at 3am, and guests were lined up four deep to check-in. While there was a person at the front desk handling check-in for air crews, the one person who was apparently available to check in ordinary guests disappeared for twenty minutes before irate customers asked a security guard to track her down. There could have been a number a factors, but understaff ING seemed like the most likely cause.

We spent a great deal of time following the signs to find the pool, only to learn that there is no longer a pool.

Perfect for a test just before a crazy early departure. Gaslight restaurant was delicious. Clean, great location and excellent value.
