Affreux

Les chambres sont sinistres et la déco vieillotte. Salle de bains affreuse, à peine mieux qu’un hôtel miteux. Chambre double mais un seul chevet pour 2. Écran de télévision énorme qui assombrit la chambre qui était déjà très sombre. Tables se qui ne fonctionnait pas. Femme de ménage très agressive qui nous a sauté dessus pour nous demander si allait faire notre Check out ( nous étions sans bagages et nous venions d’arriver). Bref, joli à l’extérieur et les parties communes mais c’est vraiment tout.

Hôtel très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé sur le Loop. Personnel très accueillant Chambre très grande. Literie de qualité. Petite salle de bains. Propreté à perfectionner. Parking beaucoup trop cher (65$/j).

My girlfriend and I stayed overnight for a PINK concert and we were so happy with our room because of the 2 separate bathrooms. Was so convenient

The room was pretty average. Comfortable beds. We got a room on the 24th floor that faced another building, but we could still see the lake off to the east. They didn't have any parking in their ramp, which to me, each room should have 1 space in that ramp. I had to pay $130 to park at a lot down the road because there were 2 events going on. At night, you hear all the sounds from the street, and it's loud. If you're looking for a quiet room or are not used to the sounds of the city, this is not the hotel for you. I had to put a pillow over my head to finally fall asleep. Other than that, it is still a very nice hotel, one of only a few in the area that offer a pool.

The hotel’s parking was full, so we ended up paying $130 for our car to sit in an uncovered lot for 12 hours. Then the king bed room we had a reservation for was unavailable. Instead my wife and I were given a room with two twin beds and no effort was made to let us know ahead of time or make it right. It was pretty clear we don’t matter to them.

Hotel was in a great location close enough to everything and a vibrant night life. Not the quietest place but if you want to be close to the action it’s a great place to stay and the Hotel has history and classical beauty everywhere
