The hotel is perfectly located in the Loop district. The rooms are spacious and clean, but nothing more. The bathroom is very good, with a large shower. We had a problem with a clogged sink, and someone intervened very quickly to solve the problem. The air conditioning works well. There's a coffee machine and a microwave which is very handy. Lots of cupboards too. The view from the room was perfect, we had taken the "king size bed with landmark view" option and it's a real plus. We had a view over the gardens of the Willis Tower. So why 3 stars and not 5? First of all, the staff at reception: you have to beg for a smile or a hello. It's not a very warm welcome. You always feel like you're intruding. Secondly, the sheets are not suitable. The mattress is so thick that the fitted sheet doesn't fit. As a result, in 5 minutes, the bed is completely unmade and you have to sleep on the mattress protector (not sure this one is changed after each customer). We did ask for a flat sheet, but our request went unanswered. It's a real shame for a Hilton hotel.

Publié le 14 déc. 2023 sur HotelsSéjour globalement satisfaisant, l’hôtel est très bien situé quand on doit aller où arriver par la station de train Union Station. L’hôtel est également bien situé pour visiter la ville, très central.
La chambre standard est super confortable, c’est le plus de cet hôtel, en revanche ce qui pêche c’est le personnel de la réception. Pas désagréables mais accueillants non plus, aucune information sur les services supplémentaires de l’hôtel, ou autre… un robot pourrait amplement faire le boulot.

The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. He made sure we knew exactly where to go and even made sure we got on the correct elevator. He was amazing and could not have done anything else for us.

The room was very clean...everything was nice...BEAUTIFUL views from rooftop bar/restaurant! We did not eat up there but enjoyed a cocktail after dark & took pics.
Jabori @ front desk was exceptionally helpful & friendly...he gave us vouchers for free breakfast buffet when we told him this was our 1st stay there. We would def stay again😊

Located within walking distance of Union Station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Roof top bar was cool.

This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed with kids. Being right off the elevator posed no problems with noise. Don’t hear neighbors nor those above us. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I loved that they interacted with my kids as we came and went. Highly recommend!!!
