The staff was amazing. The property just needs to be updated, especially the room that I was in (2810) The panel in the bathroom needed painting, and the carpet was pretty old.

Better amenities for guest would be appreciated for the price they charged. Having said that… I would stay there again

It is a comfortable hotel in a quiet area. It was a great place to relax. While it's relatively close to Grant Park and "the Bean" and it has a red line station close by, I wish I had opted for its North side sibling at the same price, because that's where I spent most of my sightseeing time. But if you are in the city for any other reason than the touristy stuff, then it's a great place at a great price.

Great stay
Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsWe had a great stay here. Our floor had windows at both end of the hallways so you could see the lake and the other end, the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice . Our room was clean and it had a microwave and fridge which was a plus. The bed was pretty comfy and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn't care for was the valet parking was $69 but parking in Chicago is always expensive. I would definitely stay here again.
