Stained and dirty carpets

Once we entered the lobby, strong smell of dust and odor. Our room had a sock from the prior guests by the window which means the floor wasn’t vacuumed? I used to have good experience with Garden Inn but not this time. Bad experience.

Property was clean, in the process of renovation when we arrived and it was not the best time to stay there. We were there the week of 7/29/24.

Room was great
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was great. I was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was quiet and just what I needed. The property was under construction. Parking was tight with containers taking up a large portion of the parking lot, there were people painting in the hallways etc. It was a bit distracting / disruptive, but once I was through the lobby and to my room it was fine.
