I waited in line to check in for over 30 minutes after traveling for 26 hours straight. I literally made it through international security and customs faster than I could check into this hotel. The front desk guy (Wilmer) told me there would be water in my room (my special needs son and I were dehydrated from travel) there was no water and no offer of water upon informing the front desk it was absent. I paid $40 for two breakfast vouchers only to be offered no buffet and only options in the range of $7 for my son meaning I grossly overpaid for his meal and was offered no refund or for the difference. The hotel was freezing so we tried to sit near the fire during breakfast only to be told they wouldn’t serve us in those seats because they were 5 ft outside the perimeter of the “restaurant”. The television and internet didn’t work in my room so after traveling for so long my son had no entertainment or way to psychologically decompress nor could he do his homework without access to WiFi. I travel 9 months out of the year for work. I have had better stays and treatment at almost every other hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly disappointed with this experience and the Hilton name going forward.

Great airport stay

One night stay before early flight. Very comfortable and affordable. Great bed. Quiet. Also, outlet mall and excellent restaurants within short walk. Capital Grill!!

The hotel is close to the airport with great shuttle service. The staff at the Hilton Rosemont were very nice, helpful and professional. The hotel is really nice overall. The room was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant and bar was very very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

It's becoming outdated. Way too costly for the basics. Rust forming in tub. Chaise pillow not fluffed and the problem with that is that looking at someone else's indentation left in the pillow makes me think that the place does not get cleaned well. This makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the bed and the towels.
