Our room was quiet and comfortable. However, maid service was not provided until after we checked out. Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate.

Was disappointed there was no restaurant on the premises like the website had stated. The reason we chose that hotel was because it had a bar and restaurant on the premises. We like it when we can stay and have the comfort of the hotel and restaurant in the same place.

Great stay, easy downtown access
This is our hotel of choice when we are in the area. It's an easy drive to Soldier Field & downtown. The rooms have been updated and are clean & very comfortable. We will stay here again. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with the Hotels.com system & our reservation was not conveyed to the property. The front desk was very helpful and took the time to fix the problem, apologizing to us though it wasn't his fault. Our stay was not impacted in the slightest.

Very quick and easy check in. I love this place also because they offer late check out when rooms vary!! which is the best & is the only reason why I keep coming here. Very clean and nice rooms also

Bedbugs!!! We stayed for 2 nights in December 2024, found a full grown bedbug crawling on us while we were relaxing. Took photos and sent to managament. I put the bedbug in a plastic bag and brought it to the front desk at 11 pm. Had to change rooms a few floors apart at 12:00 am! Ive called a numerous times to talk with managment but they say they are busy or will give you a call back and employees say they take this very seriously. Now its been a full week and management has not called nor emailed. I doubt they did anything at all to rectify their infestation, and am just hoping I wont write a review since I acted calm and collective during the situation. My gf couldnt sleep the whole night because she had bites on her back and was scared. We had to sanitize our clothes, purchase multiple bed bug killers for our clothes and baggage and have the potential of having BEDBUGS in our homes which can cost thousands to fix. Dont waste your time and money staying at this location and possibly spending thousands to not have to live with bedbugs. A disgrace to the Holiday Inn name.
