Website is a bit misleading
Me and my husband first booked hilton. And switched to holiday inn, because the website showed it had 2 restaurants, we did a weekend getaway. So we go down to the bar have a few drinks "service was great" and we went to order food to take to our room. Here is where the problem comes. The website shows they have food when really its premade out of the marketplace "which is well overpriced" we wanted a hotel with a restaurant i side so we didnt have to leave. The website is really misleading. (Pictures,wording) we was wondering while we was at the bar noone was at the restaurant. Now we know Overall the room and view was great but with no breakfast and no restaurant we will definitely look into staying somewhere else next time. For someone who wants to leave the property and go get food the hotel is amazing. But we wanted to stay inside and avoid the cold chicago breeze. And ended up still having to leave even tho the website says they have a bar and restaurant.

Entrance back in corner under construction no doorman inconvenient access in and out. Stayed here years ago had wonderful view of river now entrance changed 3 large buildings built obstructing views

It felt SO close to being perfect but missed the mark. Overall I felt the hotel lacked a cleanliness. The beds and sheets were mediocre, the pool area felt unkept and messy. We found it annoying that from parking to our room we needed 3 banks of elevators. However the parking garage was nicely lit and felt safe. Just annoying to go up to ground level, walk across the street, walk through the building, take an elevator up to the 15th floor (the lobby) then walk to get another elevator to take us to our room. I found the staff pleasant enough, if you could find someone. Many times the front desk was left unattended and the on site cafe is a gimmick. They advertise that it’s this great cafe and yet it is extremely overpriced. More than your average hotel shop/convenient store. Overall a “meh” experience.

Me and my family of 7 stayed here for a week. It was easy to navigate even having to use two elevators when getting to our room since it is a shared building. The parking is a cost separately and is a little pricy when staying more then a couple nights ($59/night) other then that they have a restaurant located in the building as well as a bar. The views from the restaurant are breath taking. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The pool was great my kids enjoyed it. This building is just a couple blocks from the bean and several other attractions. Would definitely recommend if traveling with little!

It was alright overall. During check in process I was asked multiple security questions not related to checking in and made me feel as if they didn't think or believe me that I had a reservation. Checked in 12-21-24 and still waiting for my deposit 1-4-25. Will definitely be looking for a new hotel to stay with the family.
