Proximity to six flags is keeping this hotel afloat. Shabby carpet. Chipped furniture. Jerry rigged shower in room 248. Unable to control temperature of water. I reserved an accessible walk in shower but did not receive one. Staff had holes in their clothes. Unprofessional dress code. Hair not in keeping with hospitality standards. Exit door locked, which is a Fire code violation. Holiday Inn should revoke their franchise at this location or completely overhaul it.

room was nice but for the price they charge breakfast should come your stay and not have to pay for it at 12.99 per person I will not stay there again..

I booked a standard double bed room. There was is no microwave or mini refrigerator in those types of rooms. I don’t know if they have them in a suite, but in a standard there were none. I expected to have those amenities inside of a standard room because anywhere else I stayed it was a standard amenity. The downstairs bar/restaurant was permanently closed. They only serve a breakfast buffet in the mornings for $12 per person and 1 child eats free with per paying adult. The hot tub in the pool area is covered and shut down permanently as well. I was traveling with my family and this hotel did not accommodate my family. I needed a mini refrigerator for juice boxes and nursing milk. It did have a coffee maker in the room but we don’t drink coffee so it was useless for our family needs. Lesson learned we won’t be staying at this property in the future.

Everything was seamless. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only downside was the Air Conditioner, the adjustment was able to go to 62 but the room temperature was a constant 70/72 which is a bit warm for me to sleep in.
