Prices do not match the condition of the property and rooms. High price for dirty, bug infested property.

Great front desk customer service

I like it but I feel like I did not get the answers when I asked some thing, there is a bar Louie inside the hotel I order food and drinks for food service and never got the food, the next day I wen to the front desk and they say they didn’t know, went to bar Louie and say they Wouk call back but nobody did and I got charge $61.46

Absolutely Terrible- would not recommend
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe first room we were in smelled of mildew and resembled something like a motel and not the high quality hotel we thought we booked. The lobby looked better than the room. We were finally moved to a different room, this room had black mold in the bathroom, central AC did NOT work and my partner was bitten by bedbugs. The next day we were moved to another room. That’s 3 rooms in two days.

The hotel is nice. Very well located but unfortunately I was in a room on the 1st floor near the back of the hotel . Rooms there are veru gloomy and smelly
