Poor shuttle and no courtesy

Courtesy shuttle is not good. I spoke to front desk to get a shuttle, they had informed me shuttle in two minutes. After 10 minutes, some other lady says 10 min. at last shuttle came after 45 minutes, the driver was rude and not friendly. I had to pick up my wife from terminal 5, requested the driver to wait for two minutes to get the luggage, he was very rude and unprofessional. I offered a $10 tip, but he was looking for larger tip and not friendly at all. I have to engage a taxi to get back to hotel. Expected good shuttle, but very much disappointed
