Great staff anything you need that are there to help with definitely will be back and going to have to leave some tips for the staff.

I booked the hotel through Expedia and prepaid with Expedia. Yet the hotel charged me again for my stay and when asked about it, the front desk was rude, instead went on to say that we might not have paid for our stay. They could’ve informed me or checked with Expedia about the payment when I checked in, but charging without informing and accusing us without checking with Expedia was very disrespectful. Had to get Expedia involved to sort things out as the hotel wasn’t helping out in anyway.

When we checked in, Ceasear and Rich helped us.... Awesome customer service by both gentlemen, they deserve a raise. We had a few drinks in the bar and we enjoyed talking to Chris. Then Andrew the manager gave us all kinds of tips where to park and what to eat at a Chicago Cubs game, thanks!

Liked the location. did not like that the hot tub was advertised but cold as ice, safe in room did not work, phones in room did not work.

This hotel is in a great area, with convenient parking. Great staff, just nothing to write home about. Hot tub was not working during my stay.

The rooms airconditioner didnt work. They offered to switch our room. The whirlpool didnt work. The pool/pool house was comfortable and heated. The bartender was great. Maintenance was helpful as were the rest of the staff. Lots of attractions close by.
