Bel hôtel , bon restaurent sur place , personnel courtois , endroit idéal pour visiter Chicago avec le métro à proximité

Hotel was filthy. Cleaning crew does a horrible job. The first room I was given had a dirty comforter with a big brown stain on the sheets. Moving to the second room didn't vary. Hair was all over the bathroom floor and on the sink/ hand towels. Noise was another factor. There was a constant tool clink like someone was quietly trying to work on something in a room near by. Staff was limited to one person. Will not return, very disappointed with my experience. Would never return to a holiday inn. I'd rather pay the extra money for a decent night's sleep.

Got the queen studio with a pull out bed. The pull out bed was broken. Went down twice to try and get maintenance to come help get us situated and didn’t get anything. Bathroom walls were filthy. Rest of the room didn’t seem much better. Night attendant was nice. Rooms need attention.

It was very clean in the room. Impeccable actually. But the elevators needed much attention. Dirt, sunflower seeds and dust bunnies in both of them. The garbage cans outside were over flowing making the added garbage hit the ground. My husband was picking garbage up to help it not look so bad. When we told the person at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders as to say, oh well, not my problem.
