I stayed for 4 days and three nights and our room was never cleaned. I happen to be in the elevator with one of the managers and she wasn’t very nice. Breakfast was terrible. Definitely not a happy camper

River north Comfortable and affordable hotel
Good location for river north. The only downside was the parking which it listed website as offsite. We had to walk 3 blocks to park and retrieve our car.

Hotel is in a great location — walkable to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room itself was nice; it was spacious and clean. Since it was a street view, it was slightly noisy with city traffic but certainly died down at 9/10pm. I wish the room had better sound proofing.. you can hear pets and children next door and in the hallway throughout the morning. Overall, I would consider staying here again!
