The gentlemen at the front desk during the evening hours on 12/14 created the nicest, most efficient check in interaction with a hotel I think I have ever had. So seamless, gosh it was beautiful. Furthermore the checkout in the morning was equally as pleasent with 2-3 women with beatiful smiles greeting with the warmest "good mornings". Keep up the great work.

Not a terrible stay but not our best experience. Room was small which we can understand being in a city, bathroom was tinyyyy had no place to put my makeup or a doc kit in the bathroom. The sliding door in the bathroom was also broken/off track. Checking is was smooth the front desk shared that they have breakfast which seemed like a plus as that was not advertised. We woke up to get breakfast the following morning and see the juice machine is broken, No hot food, there was an assortment of pop tarts lol. I don’t think I would advertise that as breakfast. The only other complaint we have is coming back to the hotel after a full day and the entire lobby smells like weed, my husband had to wait 20 plus minutes for a front desk associate to make an appearance when we needed the WiFi password. Since it was so close to my friend I would stay again ONLY for that reason but other than that I wouldn’t recommend only if you need a bed.

Just so everyone is aware they have 16 parking spots and the staff is rude. Websites, both Expedia and the hotels are incorrect. Expedia states that they have a parking space per unit. They were sold out and spent over an hour on the phone. Can’t tell you anything about the hotel but the staff was rude and make sure you call or get there super early and hope they have spots.

The staff customer service was phenomenal I had an issue when I first checked in with the TV and they put me in another room That's fine what I did not like was the parking they only have 16 spaces so basically it's first come first serve

Not a good stay
Checking was awesome! The smell in lobby was smoky and musty. Non operational coffee or juice machine working for morning breakfast. Rooms have no carpet and neighbors above can be heard throughout the night well past 1:00 am. Poorly painted and attempt to update rooms look shabby.

Our room was located directly where there was work being done on the outside of the building. We could see the lift that was being used to work on the building. Starting working at approximately 7:00 am on Friday morning maybe a little earlier and it was so loud we had to leave. We could not sleep. Next time perhaps don’t have guests staying in rooms where there is working being done outside. Very disappointed.
