Overall - a good place to stay. Sasha and Joseph were phenomenal and consistently helpful and great to work with. Others of the staff seemed bored or disinterested. Coffee was allowed to run out and only replenished when guests were lined up and requested It. There were typically 3 people at the front desk and yet no one was monitoring this. In the room, the microwave was unplugged and sitting on the refrigerator. In order to use the microwave, we had to move the fridge closer to an outlet. No coffee maker in room.

Great room and service. I'm a light sleeper. I was on the seventh floor but could hear people outside shouting, sirens, cars accelerating every night. The air conditioning unit makes loud noises on and off.
