This is an old hotel. The HVAC system is a wall unit that was very noisy. The room was very tiny & there are not enough elevators. Location is the only positive.

Parking was a mess, it took 45 minutes to find a spot out front and then get my car checked in. Parking is an additional $70/ night that I would have preferred to know the cost up front. Room was large, but a bit on the dirty side. Couch was suspect so we didn’t sit on it

All good. They got very busy. Parking very expensive. Like the lot owner is aware....

Originally booked for lake view got there and they said they overbooked lake view rooms. Our room was then a fire exit view with a wet spot in the floor. Overall very disappointed with my stay. The check in desk and rooftop are the only things that were nice.

The staff were nice, hotel rooms are dated and with one elevator not working getting to your floor anytime after 3 was challenging. The biggest issue was not having a mini fridge and limited fliers to get ice on. The location was nice but overpriced when actually seeing the room and facilities.
