The desk clerk was RUDE! DO NOT STAY HERE even if you have to sleep in your car. This hotel chain is the hotel version of the phone call and email SCAMS you avoid. I was ripped off for $200 when they wouldn’t answer the phone to provide directions and put me in the system as a no show. Then I wasn’t allowed to checkin! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend… not even to a homeless person!

No hot water, room smelled, no outlet covers in the bathroom.

The place was just horrible. The carpet on the floor was torn up had holes in it. The bed was the worst it had so many lumps in it. My body was hurting so bad and then I asked Expedia for my money back and they refused. Expedia will not back Motels, I haven’t heard back from them since I will never do business with them again and will never do any hotels
