The hotel was clean and well kept. The only place to get ice was at the bar on the 1st floor. You could get a small cup at no charge.

Snowy day in Chicago

I spent 1 night in your property.I was very impressed by the attention given to keeping the lobby cleaned even with the snow/slush/salt that we had that day. The breakfast certainly was a big plus included in the price of the room. The room was well designed, the bed was confortable and the bathroom well designed as well.However, the hair dryer attached to the wall seemed out of place in a property such as this one. I also think it would have been nice to have a disposable shower cap, a couple cotton balls. etc.

The breakfast was excellent, with so many options. It was well-stocked and staffed. The hotel was sparkling clean in the guest rooms as well as the public areas. The hotel was in a great location, close to bus stops and walking distance to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a New Hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, modern rooms, buffet breakfast was great , convenient location , walking distance from shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the parking. The hotel doesn’t offer valet parking service. We found a parking nearby but it was too narrow for SUVs. I recommend valet parking for convenience.
