Staff was nice. Room was clean enough. Hall carpet was disgusting and definitely needs replaced. The DMV is in same parking lot. So lots of commotion from that during the day. Limited parking.

The carpet in the hall way disgusting. Addicts hanging outside. The bed was so uncomfortable. There was no gym, like they advertised. Bathroom so small it was difficult to close the door.

This property is really old and outdated. The area was really ghetto. It was my fault for not researching enough when I booked it. We needed a place to stay for my son’s Navy graduation and it’s really close. The staff was wonderful but the hotel was terrible.

Carpet dirty in halls. Light wasn’t working in room, phone wasn’t working. Stains in different areas, remote was broke

Property states they had a fitness center. Nope was told oh no it’s under construction! Room was only cleaned once in the 3 nights we were there.

I stayed for 3 nights from 8/14-8/17/24. My son graduated from The Navy Boot Camp. I liked that it was minutes away from the ceremony. Also minutes away from stores a places to eat. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hallway carpet was dirty, but the rooms were very clean. I will recommend this facility for a brief stay in Great Lakes, Illinois.
