Heat and a/c in the room didn’t work. Bugs in the room. No internet. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work The entire hotel felt less than clean.. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Sorry for such a negative review but I expected much better from a hotel with Hyatt’s name on it.

It was in a very busy area buthe rhe access to the roads around the place was quite well pllanned. Nice area, short distance good food, shopping! The wife loked it. Breakfast was well attended and good.

It was an average hotel, rooms could use some work, shower curtains don’t seal good and leaks on floor. Only one day did they empty trash. Had to call for clean towels the second night.
