Convenient. For price it’s fine but needs major clean and uodating: carpets in room either need deep clean or replacement - crunchy under bare feet. Lobby painting needed. One of two elevators out whole week I was there.

Love this place!
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will gladly come a third time next time I am in Illinois! The staff is very friendly and polite, do an amazing job informing us of all the hotel services, and have a speedy check in/out process! The rooms are always huge and well cleaned :)

Great location, for dining & shopping.. close to downtown Chicago. Good price per night.. But I would suggest the Hotel invest in upgrading the rooms, with new Sofa couches, and new Showers and new carpet throughout, rooms & Hallways.

The breakfast was pretty mediocre. The eggs were cold. Sausage was ok. Cereal and yogurt were meh. We would stay there again though. Overall, it was a nice hotel in a great area

1st off, The staff here was very welcoming “Bright eyed/ Bushy tailed “ energetic lol.. We’re here at daughter’s request for her 14th Birthday celebration with her volleyball team. They gave us an overview of the hotel and accommodations including free hot breakfast. Special Thanks to Ms Patti , she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and her classmates enjoyed their stay !! Sincerely “The Grizzly”
