Nous avions demandé lors de la réservation un lit bébé, j'ai renvoyé un message 2 jours avant notre arrivée...
Lors du check in, pas de lit bébé, ou la personne de l'accueil n'avait pas envie d'aller le chercher ?

Overall not horrible but had a bad customer experience trying to get early check in. Called the day prior and was told must call day of arrival. When we called while on our way about 3 hours from the hotel we were told we have to be on property which makes no sense if theyre unable to accommodate. Pool was so cold it was unusable and gym had zero cleaning supplies or towels. Our last day the towels were there. Room was nice and no concerns outside of this, breakfast was typical hotel food and coffee.

Typical Hyatt Place hotel, nice rooms with plenty of space. Not too noisy despite being just under the flight path to o’Hare. Breakfast staff seemed pretty overwhelmed, out of coffee despite reminders so had to stop at a cafe instead. Other than that it was fine.

Easy check in. Great breakfast. Rooms were big, clean and accommodated my family easily.
Only complaint is the pool. They dont run the filters so its dormant water. Very skeevy.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff greeted me friendly. The room was clean and had ample of spaces. Parking was easy and the surrounding was very quiet. Breakfast was also good. Nearly nothing to complain about. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit that area.

The room was dirty the beds and linens were cheap and old. Housekeeping didn't go to my room and I had to call for towels multiple times. There were boogers on the wall and the room was so dusty that I sneezed every minute I was in that room. The hallways were not well kept wallpaper peeling off of the wall. Worst hotel I've stayed at in this area and I travel here often.

Overall very nice. Didn’t clean. The room everyday and the bathroom had a slight odor like it wasn’t cleaned with a clean rag. The shower needs some grippy pads on the tub floor. Safety hazard when the soap goes on the. Bottom of the floor. Overall not bad for the price.
