Lux Home in Chicago 7mins Downtown

Come stay at our luxurious 2-story newer construction home in Chicago. This centrally located, gated, 4 BR, 3 1/2 bath home is ideal for family vacation, work or leisure trips. It comes with a full upscale gourmet kitchen and a spacious fully furnished basement with gym equipment. It is just a 7mins drive to the best attractions in Chicago downtown, including the beach and museums; close to numerous restaurants, nightlife, and major highways for easy travel and access around the city.
This spacious 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom property, featuring high ceilings on each floor, including the basement, comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The master en suite features south facing windows for natural sunlight and a spacious walk-in closet, with a designer bathroom. Throughout the house, are ultra modern design elements like the custom ceiling to floor stone wall paneling with digital fireplace, hardwood flooring, and intricate ceiling designs.
Guest access
There is plenty of free street parking located directly outside of the property. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the house. You must smoke outside. Smoking inside results in an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.
Other things to note
Security Deposit - There is a security deposit for broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the building. You will not be charged if none of these instances occur.

Additional Person Charge- It is imperative that all guests be listed on reservation for security and insurance purpose. A charge of $150 per person will be added for each additional guest that's not listed.

Birthday trip!
I stayed here again for my birthday. This was the home I chose last year for my birthday weekend and it was amazing. I decided to go with this home again because of its beauty and closeness to the things my friends and I had planned. Absolutely Beautiful Home for a Conference Stay
This has been the BEST place I've ever stayed! We had 5 adults sleep comfortably in this beautiful, safe, and extremely clean home without any issues. The decor and roominess is amazing!! Parking on the street was no problem. Larry was respectful, kind, courteous, and responsive to all messages. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home for a Concert Trip
We had 6 adults in our party, including two couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The updates to the house are beautiful and Larry was incredibly responsive to any messages. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but up and coming and we never felt unsafe. The few things that could be improved around cleanliness were communicated with the owner and he said they’d be addressed. Extra towels and blankets for that large of a home with so many bedrooms and bathrooms would have been nice, but for only two nights we were okay.

This had to be one of the best places I have stayed in a while. It’s beautiful, clean and safe. I was with a group of 6 very classy women and we were all very impressed with the decor. Although everything was tastefully intact, when I reached out to the host, he was very responsive and met our need immediately. I will stay here again and recommend to many! It made my trip that much better. Pictures don’t do the home justice, YOU really have to see it. Stay HERE, you will love it!!

NAGA Champs come to town!!!
Fantastic property with plenty of parking space. In a secluded quiet beautiful Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago! House was plenty of enough space for the 8 adult guest and the house was spotless clean. Felt right in the center of Chicago with access to everything very close. The host Larry was very quick with his response time on all questions and minor issues. 5-Star Stay!!!!

STAY HERE!!! I cannot stress enough how GORGEOUS this place it. His photos don’t do it justice. I rented this place with my friends for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. I had 7 people with me and all the rooms accommodated them. I felt super safe with the keypad door lock as well as the home security system. I cannot wait to come back. Larry was very helpful and answered any questions I had. If you have guests who will be staying downstairs, make sure to turn up the heat because it gets chilly down there. I can’t wait to book again!!!
