The service was poor. No daily cleaning service.The rooms were non-smoking but the rooms smelled of smoke.There was a cigarette butt left in the sink.The sheets were not tightly fitted to bed but the bed was clean.The smoke detector had a towel stuffed in it. I can say the refrigerator was the cleanest of all. This hotel will not be my choice when returning to Chicago.

The internet worked very well but a car was stripped in the parking lot all tires were gone ; the refrigerator in room did not work and was very noisy you heard the fan on it was hitting something all night

This hotel looked like something out of a scary movie , definitely not like the pictures. I was scared to even hit the light switch let alone lay my head there. I was charged by the hotel even though the Expedia listing said pay at check in. Then it took days to get my refund because I had to call corporate considering nobody answer the hotel phone and when they do the general manager is never available. Mind you I looked at 3 different rooms before I decided to leave and go somewhere else because I was so tired that I really wanted one of them to be in good enough condition to lay my body on their beds. Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

Property needs a lot of TLC/renovations. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Hotel had this awful smell. They need to work on their cleaning supplies and skills. Room was outdated, Dresser was falling apart, bathroom was just ok, kitchen area was old/microwave and fridge worked but were old and worn. Beds were ok/new pillows needed. Overall the room needed some serious updating.
