The staff were incredible within the hotel, very helpful and upbeat. The parking garage staff, weren't as helpful. but overall we loved the hotel, it's location, and the staff. I would book again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and nice. Only thing I didn’t like was paying that much for a room and it didn’t have many ammenries in the room. Very nice place though.

All the employees I encountered were super helpful. The room was nice and clean, with a great view of Lake Michigan.
