I wouldn't feel safe parking my car in front of this place.
I didn't even go inside.

Unsafe. Dirty. Smoke detector went off every 30 seconds. I timed it. Dirty underwear was left in areas of those house. Linens weren’t washed. Had food on them. Management was rude when we tried to call. Door lock didn’t even work properly. Had to wedge chair under door.

Upstairs room number 3 was extremely hot , I wish there were Kleenex and cleaning wipes accessible to wipe down the bathroom before and after use but overall the house is nice

4 stars- great place just no toiletries
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur Hotelsreally great spot! one thing that made me rate it 4 stars overall instead of 5 was the lack of hand towels in the bathroom (regular towels were provided) and body wash/shampoo/conditioner. seriously great place but j remember to bring your own shower supplies.

Bed was horrible my back was aching too many stairs I was watching tv someone turned the power off on the tv not good I would not stay there again I would pay hotel prices

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We apologize if you are not happy with the stay.Few things to note- all our beds are upgraded for everyone's comfort. Also, the TV is a shared amenity, and since there are other guests staying we have a limit on the time the TV is available to avoid noise in the house. This is to respect other people who want to sleep early. We do offer a free wifi that people can use if they want to watch using their phones.

The stay was comfortable. We didn’t have any issues at all getting in or out. It was very clean.

Comfortable and clean place
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsNice clean place with filtered water from the fridge. Can avoid lugging in bought bottled water. Loved their selection of pillows on the bed which was very useful including a long one. Air con is central and can't control temperature in the room. Too cold for me in summer but fortunately they had a heater in the closet. Be ready to walk up stairs with your heavy luggage as there is no ramp into the building entrance which is on the second floor.
