The front desk night staff had mistakenly put on my account saying I had checked in and charged me, when that did not happen. For days I’ve been trying as well as Expedia to contact over this. Finally 6 days later, I was able to contact, and they rudely kept interrupting and shouting on the phone, telling me to contact Expedia…which we had been. Worse, when telling them we didn’t even enter the room, they stated it was recorded we had and they weren’t going to change it…so going out of their way to lie over less than $200. Rude staff. Couldn’t imagine their quality of rooms.

Disgusting and uncomfortable
I got in very late at night and immediately fell asleep. I woke up all night feeling like I was uneven and freezing. I finally got up to look and saw a crack in the door large enough that light was coming in, and blowing rain into the room. In the morning, i had a terrible back pain. I peeled back the covers and found multiple uring and blood stains and a large amount if stuffing missing from the mattress. I still dont have my deposit back and theyve recused a refund.

I have video and picture proof of the roach infested property. You would think that since the property was renovated that they will at least be able to upkeep with the cleaning. I frequent this property several times, but this is the first time that I ever stepped out my bed and stepped on to a roach and then turn on the light to see the whole family of roaches in my room. I don’t come from roaches and I don’t care if I had to sleep at a motel. I did not pay my hard on money to sleep with roaches.

I as a woman didn't feel safe, the door locks didn't lock properly, anyone could enter my room, we had to put a suitcase and a chair at the door to really feel safer, the shower was dirty, the male employee who stays at the reception at night was rude and wasn't interested in really helping the guest. They ask for shorts when paying but in the application there is no information about this detail.
