We had to leave early around 11:30 pm same day we checked in we couldn't take the banging of the doors outside our room

My stay was a nightmare. This hotel not only had cockroaches everywhere, but there were numerous long term residents who were constantly loud, loitering outside the building drinking alcohol and doing drugs, and coming and going all hours of the night. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet the parties because they were obviously just interested in the room rental income. I called and complained about how noisy it was numerous times, the staff’s reply was, “what can we do about it?”. I don’t know why, but the police showed up 2 times in 3 days. There was hair in my sink and bathtub from the previous occupants, along with cockroaches EVERYWHERE. It was absolutely disgusting. Beware! This place is a dump!

The room had roaches in it. The fridge didn't work, the air conditioner was loud.The back door to the building wouldn't open & the side door wouldn't close.

I knew I signed up for a 2 star hotel but I did not realize I would be getting dirty towels, pillowcases with foot prints and a dirty shower.

Room looked drab it just did not look inviting at all
Did not have hair dryer
Did not have Kleenex
