Worst hotel experience by far. Rooms are absolute trash and smell like cigarettes. I probably walked out of that room with every disease under the sun.

Terrible management

The room wasnt clean when we got there. We watched as the staff cleaned it but we noticed they did not change the sheets. When we asked if they did, one said yes and the other said no. We decided not to stay there and they would not give us a refund.

Hello we are really sorry for that i am gone personally check on that as manger if i have to i gone check personally on the both employees but if you give me little more information that help me a lot more so give the date and time its happens and if i have to i gone give you FREE ONE DAY STAY o week days .

Pulling up I found a bunch of broken down and busted cars in the parking lot, which should have been my first sign. Checking in, the staff was very rude and short. No official check in system seemed to be in place. Originally I thought I had the wrong room because the door wasn't opening - which turned out to be because it stuck to the frame exceedingly bad (took excessive force to fully open or close). The inside was covered with stains on the walls, childish stickers on the dresser, but marks on the comforter, and a window vent in the bathroom that would not shut. Most the outlets were protruding from the walls and didn't appear safe, and the one in the bathroom didn't work at all. There was one light in the entire room, which was a dull Iamp barely making everything visible at night. The cable on The tv was going in and out every 5-10 minutes. The sink in the bathroom wasn't connected properly and leaked water onto the floor. Even the towels were very cheap - paper thin and irritating to the skin, as well as small. For checking out, they just collected the room key - did not ask for what room or how anything was. Only plus was it was reasonably close to the venue I was going to (The Wire). Overall awful time. Sketchy place.

STAY AWAY!

The parking lot was filthy. Looking around, you'd wonder if you were safe to stay there. The attendant was rude from the second I walked in, barking that she didn't have a room for me (although I had a copy of my confirmation from Hotels.com). She said "they" never fax them the information. After handing her the confirmation and asking that she please look again, she found a room. My thought would be that this is a very seedy hotel. Of the few television stations, three were not fit for children if you get my meaning. The toilet seat was BEHIND the toilet, which I had to put in place before using. The window in the bathroom didn't lock. And the other visitors in the hotel stayed up arguing, partying, and other activities too seedy to mention. This is a NO GO! I've stayed at many hotels from Hotel.com, but this by far was the worst. Choose ANY other hotel. And, it's not like this was $27.00. It was $68.00!!! Ridiculous to think they would be a choice on Hotels.com.

It wasn't the cleanest place I ever stayed at the toilet seat wasn't cleaned at all the outlets to plug my phone charger in or lose behind the butt cause a fire so kind of disappointed it just stay there

Don't bother

We reserved a room online only to arrive after a 4 hour drive that reservations are not accepted or guaranteed. Then why have your site available for online bookings? This caused a huge stress on what was supposed to be a great weekend. We ended up finding an alternate location last minute but had to pay twice what we had budgeted for. Needless to say we will NOT be returning or using Expedia again. Awful experience.

Never Again

Stayed here in 2016 for a rock festival. Dirty doesn't even best describe it but it was a place to sleep. Came back in 2017 for the same event. No rooms were ready and.there was only a window of a few hours in which someone would be there to check us in so we had to find another hotel. Terrible service and terrible neighborhood.
