Room was not cleaned at all, no towels, and bites from sleeping in bed.

Place was disgusting. Started off by telling me I didn’t have a reservation so I had to provide proof from my phone. I then get a hotel key, walk to the room, someone’s in it. I then get another key for a non smoking “deluxe king bed” room. Walk into the place and it reeked of smoke, walls were yellow, absolutely disgusting room. Nothing like the pictures what so ever. Outside environment didn’t feel safe. The lobby in itself was locked and had to talk to the receptionist through a glass window. Walked into the room and booked another hotel and left immediately.

Really dirty and they were selling drugs outside all night. No sleep and WiFi did not work.

Do not stay!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a terrible place. The lobby is disgustingly filthy. You are locked in a little breezeway rather than being able to go into the lobby. You have to talk through a little dirty window to the people that work there.
A room was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty. It smelled like weed. We didn't have a remote to the TV and I went to the office to get one and she sinked one to the TV in a lobby and I knew of course that wasn't going to work on our TV.
The air conditioner was so loud and the room temperature was not regulated. I had to keep waking up in the night turning it up and down to get it to turn on. Sounded like a lawn mower engine.
I would not recommend anyone staying here. I didn't feel safe either
