After working and traveling all day I arrived at 9pm and was told there was no clean rooms despite having a reservation (I had booked x2 nights and 2 months in advance). I slept in my car that night. Upon returning to the hotel the following day after my conference I was told because I didn't check in the night before, when I was turned away, that my reservation was cancelled. I could offer a better review of the property and accommodations if I had actually stayed a night there. I am currently waiting on my refund.

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. The Air conditioners and vents were piled with dust like layers. The comforters had burn marks on them. The bathtub had mold around it. The tub itself was peeling. The toilet had mold inside. There was little black flies that would appear in the sink. They did not clean my room once in the 4 nights I was there. I had to go looking for towels and toilet paper because it was not refilled since my room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to walmart to buy an iron because they didnt have one on site. You can tell people are living in the rooms with abandoned cars full of things( clothes, appliances, etc.) Will not go back.... Only good part was my check-in

This hotel was disgusting it was dirty and smelly and we checked into beer and food in refrigerator that had been there aloytime

It was okay, roaches and bathroom ceiling was leaking. Roaches were everywhere and floor was nasty

Never again will I stay at a RED ROOF INN. They look better around the country, but Chicago has turned me off to the entire chain of hotels.

Falta de empatía mi vuelo se retrasó y me dijeron en espidia que yo podía llegar fuera de la hora de check in que me iban a recibir y cando llegue no me dejaron entrar perdí mi dinero y tuve que dormir en la calle muy mal servicio el de expidia necesito que me devuelvan mi dinero
