I booked AC room but unfortunately AC was not working whole night. Smell was coming to bad. There were dust and trash near the washbasin area.

We were extremely disappointed in the hotel… we had to go buy our own towel as they continued to never bring us toweled after having to ask 4 different times… the first room they put us in the AC didn’t work and the second room there was blood on the mattress… we stayed for 6 days and never once received any house keeping
