Many hotels provide complimentary internet access. The hotel offered free access to their service for members of their rewards program if one also booked directly with them. As I booked through Travelocity, they wanted a substantial charge even though I was a rewards member. I declined, and then found my cellular and WiFi useless on the property.

Rooms and hallways are outdated. There was hair stuck to the ceiling, the air vent in the shower had lint and mold inside it. Found a contact on the floor in bathroom that wasn’t mine. Popcorn ceilings. Pillows are flat, blankets are thin. Convenient location, free popcorn and waters daily.

A lot of street noise on Sunday night, maybe because of Mexican independence day. When we checked out in AM of 9/16, ghost town. Not one single person in Lobby to ask questions to.
