A lot of street noise on Sunday night, maybe because of Mexican independence day. When we checked out in AM of 9/16, ghost town. Not one single person in Lobby to ask questions to.

Good in general

Overall a great place, expensive but the location is worth it. The only bad thing was the bad service from a valet parking person, I wanted to report it to the manager but apparently they did nothing about it. In fact, the employee told me "Go ahead and report me".

We really enjoyed this hotel, my wife really enjoyed the complimentary popcorn as well now she’s hooked. Very clean with welcoming and friendly staff.

Like the location. But everything else was not good. Switched room twice. Night shift manager had a long face when we requested to change room due to construction noise in the middle of night. The room we got has sewer smell in bathroom. We had two days left so just deal with it ourselves. We will never book this hotel again. So many other better choices around downtown.
