Great time good hotel friendly staff

Had a great time in Chicago the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only two negatives to mention are the lobby scent is a bit overpowering and our room smelled like weed two of the days so not sure if the room next to us was smoking or what. Other than that it was great the restaurant in the lobby was also awesome

Great stay! All staff were great, helpful, and attentive. My only takeaway would be update the tv models so that you can connect through the HDMI easily in case guest bring devices. Other than that I had an amazing stay.

Chill spot, nice and close to everything you would want to see in Chicago. Rooms are a little outdated but the views and the restaurant make up for it. Had an amazing stay, this was my first time in Chicago.
