Room was ok, but very noisy in the hotel from the atrium bar which is in the middle of the rooms and constructing taking place the entire time. We asked for a towel and hangers the night we got in and it took 4 reminder calls and more an hour to get them. Lady at the desk said we need to pay for water in the room even though it says on the card under the water that it is complementary. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel para passar uma noite perto do aeroporto. Serviço de shuttle pontual e o motorista bastante prestativo me deixou no terminal 5 como eu precisava . Mc Donalds só atravessar uma rua para um lanche noturno rápido . Quarto imenso mas escutava o barulho do trânsito e tinha um leve cheiro de mofo .

The Suites are sweet

It has been wonderful. Front desk made sure we had connecting rooms and they accommodated our late checkout request for the following day since we have a late international departure.
