The facility sits at a very convenient area, near shopping areas and a variety of restaurants around. Staff is very professional.

Boot Camp Grad stay
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsStayed for my niece's Boot Camp graduation. So, only for 1 night. Room was spotless. Bed was super comfortable (not too plush and not too firm). Bathroom was clean. Shower head is old with a little rust but so what. Thats it. Fridge was clean. I used the iron and ironing board. Room is spacious. I was on the first floor. The front desk people were helpful. I checked in late and checked out early. They held my bag until my flight (around 2pm). And it's within 10 min of the base and 5 min of shopping and dining area.

Reason to stay at Hotel Sonesta Simply Suites Chicage Waukegan was to meet my first newborn grandson born September 4, 2024. After an early flight into O'Hare International, renting a car and driving to NW Lake Forest Hospital to meet my new grandson, son and daughter-in-law, spending several hours holding my grandson, I arrived to the hotel only to find the bedlinen dirty. The front desk attendants reassigned me a new room only to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front desk informed me there were no other available rooms and offered me dish washing detergent. I asked to waive the parking fee which they did. I will not be stay at this hotel again.
