The facility sits at a very convenient area, near shopping areas and a variety of restaurants around. Staff is very professional.

You could hear every thing down the hall from inside your room. There was people arguing when I was trying to sleep and a baby yelling in the morning and I heard all of it like they were standing next to me. The room smelt bad, like onions to be honest. There were white stains on the couch which was very uncomfortable. Lights were dim.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and are disappointed we did not live up to your expectations. It sounds like when your reservations were made were not notified of our services and I can imagine that is frustrating for you. We are an all suite extended stay hotel and our service model to only clean the rooms once per week, and of course at checkout time.We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and in this instance we failed to meet your expectations and did not explain our services at check-in or during the reservation process. We will use this incident as a way to train our staff and improve our guest communication.Again, we appreciate your feedback.

I was very disappointed with this property. I checked into the hotel on a Tuesday and did not get housekeeping until Friday. I did not read or was told, I was required to bring the used towels to the front desk in order to get fresh ones. I also had to get bed linen for the sofa bed from the front desk.
