A bug was found on the sheets after Frist night

They clean rooms every other day but they let you know upon checking in day two we found some sought of bug on the bed a picture was taken and showed to front desk staff she sent maintenance he tried to assure us it was a harmless spider that came in through the window that was very un expectable our room was switched upon me asking management never reached out to us with and apology . We did a 4 night stay at the property

Great customer service. Property needs updates, including new hotel room carpeting (or at least carpet cleaning), new caulk in bathroom, and fix mismatched doorknobs and hard flooring. Hair on sink and in towels, which is gross. Woken up by the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the window.

My AC did not function properly. The room never got to temp even though I cranked up the fan to high and temp to 60. I didn’t extend my stay for that reason because they were full

It's good for what it is but don't set your expectations too high... The 1st room they put me in was literally dirty. Without getting into too much detail- it seems they never cleaned it after the previous guest... I asked to be moved to another room and this room was fine. The treadmills at the gym have to also be cleaned from time to time... The staff at the reception is very nice and accommodating. Especially Aaron.
