Nice television, comfy bed, strong, hot shower. Room smelled bad, lampshade, missing, toilet, slow to flush. It’s good though that they give vouchers to homeless people and feed them. And the breakfasts were great.

Extremely loud patrons throughout the night 1-3am. Very run down, would not stay here again, spend $20 more per night for a far superior stay.

My family did not end up staying at this hotel for our weekend trip. After check-in and I found that the room was too cluttered to use an air mattress for my special needs sister. I asked for a chair to be removed from the room to make space. Front desk and manager were extraordinarily unreasonable, to the extent that they ended up taking my key and would not allow my special needs sister to leave the room. The police had to be called, and I completed a report. A total nightmare destination. Not accommodating at all, especially for anyone with special needs. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

you threw a key at MANAGER and started calling names her and front desk, that's why police were called. we never dined to take your sister out the room. you want chair remove and place a breakfast area. you did not allow front desk to reply your any question.police look at the camera footage as well.
